how do i know if they got everything?

11/02/2007</p>

<p>does the date 11/02/2007 mean that is the day I "submitted" (even though i submitted oct 31), or the date it was processed? if it is the day i submitted, then they think i missed the early response deadline, which isn't true right?</p>
