<p>this isnt public anywhere, to my knowledge. This is however assumed because PSU used to give out a bubble chart for school guidance counselors to gauge admission probability and the GPA went above a 4.0 on the scale, so it was assumed PSU recalculates GPA due to the vast differences in how schools use weighted GPAs</p>
