How do I know which courses UF is offering next fall?

<p>I was looking at the schedule of courses on UF's website to look up the courses I am considering taking Fall 2013 and get an idea of what my schedule will look like, but I couldn't find some of the courses I want to take. They're listed in the course catalog for 2012-2013 but not under their departments for 2013. I couldn't find them in the schedule of courses for 2012-2013 either though :/ Does this mean UF isn't offering these courses next fall?</p>

<p>Some of the ones I was looking for are:
EEX 3312 exceptional people
PEM 1201 gymnastics 1
PEM 1171 aerobic group exercise
PEN 1121 beginning swimming
PEM 1101 conditioning</p>
