<p>Well it depends. If you’re at a CC, trying to go a state university, the university often has an agreement to ensure credits transfer.</p>
<p>If you’re at one school transferring to another more generally, you can obtain permission/authorization that your credits will transfer to the second school from the second school itself (not from the school you’re taking the courses at). Usually this requires the second school having the course title, catalog course description at a minimum and sometimes a syllabus and course schedule.</p>
