How do I look for HYPSM? (and others)

This is the final revision to my app. Rather than just listing my ECs, I also listed my positions. Hopefully this shows greater depth of my ECs and paints a better picture of who I am. I would really appreciate your honest thoughts on my chances! Percentages would be awesome.

* Editor in Chief (most likely this year; previously Editor) of School Newspaper (3 years)

Volunteering:
* 250 hours at a big hospital (filing paperwork, mopping the floor, do-everything-guy, etc.)
* 120 hours at local elementary school that I attended (helping out the preschool kids with their breakfast, reading books to them, etc.) [note: I never really did this for the purpose of putting it on my college application, because it was just something I loved to do and would help relieve stress.]
* 50 hours at local public library (shelving books, checking out books, reading to young children)
* 50 hours at blood bank (assisted in blood drives, distributed snacks and beverages, donated blood of my own)

Schools:
Harvard (EA)
Yale
Princeton
Stanford
MIT (Sloan)
UPenn (Wharton)
Dartmouth
Columbia
UChicago

Wow.. a very very ambitious list of schools to say the least... No safety schools?

Of course I have safety schools, but these are the ones I'm primarily looking to see my chances on.

Safeties/Matches:
UCBerkeley
UCLA
Carnegie Mellon
Boston College
University of Washington

I'd also liked to be chanced on:
NYU (Stern)

Harvard (EA) - reach (isnt it for everyone)
Yale- reach ("ditto^")
Princeton- reach ("ditto ^")
Stanford- reach
MIT (Sloan)- reach/ low reach
UPenn (Wharton)- low reach
Dartmouth- low reach
Columbia- reach/low reach
UChicago- low reach/ match
UCBerkeley- high match/ match
UCLA- match
Carnegie Mellon- ?
Boston College- match
University of Washington- safety?
NYU- match
get 2 more safeties. a lot of these colleges r reaches. and UCLA and Cal (UCB) shouldnt be taken as safeties. just saying.

Harvard (EA): Mid Reach (I actually think you have a decent shot here because of EA)
Yale: Reach
Princeton: Reach
Stanford: Reach
MIT (Sloan): Low Reach
UPenn (Wharton): Low Reach
Dartmouth: Low Reach/Match
Columbia: Match
UChicago: Match
UCBerkeley: Match
UCLA: Match
Carnegie Mellon: Match
Boston College: Match
University of Washington: Safety

Since HYPS is a reach for just about anyone, you should really try to shine on your essays to put yourself above the crowd. Try aiming for some mid-tier UCs as your other safeties (UCI, UCSD, UCSB).

I'm pretty sure Harvard discontinued EA effective with last years application season....

NYU (Stern): Match
UCBerkeley: Safe Match
UCLA: Safe Match
Carnegie Mellon: Safe Match
Boston College: Safe Match
University of Washington: Do you mean in St. Louis, then match but you'll get waitlisted since all the good students are waitlisted by them
Harvard (EA): No EA, Reach
Yale: Has SCEA, Reach
Princeton: No ED, Reach
Stanford: Has SCEA, Reach
MIT (Sloan): Have to apply to MIT then biz school sophmore year, reach
UPenn (Wharton): Reach
Dartmouth: Slight Reach
Columbia: Slight Reach
UChicago: Has EA Match

I think that you'll get into at least 1 of HYPSW and probably Dartmouth & Columbia. If I were you, I would apply SCEA to either Stanford or Yale and if you're accepted starting choping down schools which you wouldn't pick over them. Also, you should seriously cut down the list you have way too many schools.

unless i am badly mistaken, there is no EA for Harvard.

HYPSM are all reaches for you, because of your run-of-the-mill ECs.
