<p>Some states also have grant programs so google those.</p>
<p>The Dakotas are big and isolated. It is probably going to be difficult to attend school far away with your low income and resources.
Off the top of my head one school you might want to look at is Creighton University in Omaha. You if you are in eastern Dakotas - look at colleges in Minnesota.</p>
<p>Keep in mind - you do not need to attend a prestigious college to be accepted to medical school. The Universtiy of ND has a medical school - check out this school.
