I'm supposed to be an incoming freshmen. A woman from the college called me a few days ago and gave me the email I'm supposed to use to notify the college that I'm not longer attending. I emailed them, but they're still sending me things. I even got an enrollment card. I was thinking about calling them, but I'm not sure exactly who to call.

It will take a while for the office to adjust the automatic mail options, but you should call admissions and confirm that you won’t be attending.

You might be able to unsubscribe from their mailing list.

The email should have been enough (when I withdrew from a school because I got in off the waitlist that was all I had to do) but won’t hurt to double check. I would probably call the registrar’s office but if there’s an “enrollment department” or even just the admissions department would work.
