I got an email stating that my bill for the application is available to pay and I have two problems. One is that I was never supposed to for my application. UMD is the only school I’m applying to that is not on the commonapp and I used fee waivers for those other schools. I wasn’t sure how to choose to do that when I submitted my Maryland application. Second is that if I were to pay the application fee, I don’t know how because the email led me to a link that seemed to be only for current students managing their financial aid. Help, anyone?
When my D applied 2 years ago, I paid by credit card when the application was submitted. I think there was an option to pay by mail using a check. You should probably call UMD Admissions to sort this out.
