A common tip is to take practice and then review wrong answers so that you'll never miss those kinds of questions again. I can review fine for math, but for passage based questions and grammar questions I have a difficult time. What is one supposed to look for when reviewing these kinds of questions?

Anyone know this?

why you got it wrong?
the grammar rule that is right
a note to make sure you don’t miss that type again
eliminating all wrong answers and justifying why the right answer is actually right

For passage questions, I usually look back at the passage and note down evidence which supports the right answer/negates the other choices.

Got it. Thanks guys. So check grammar rules for writing and look for the evidence in the reading.

I try finding out WHY I did the psg Qs wrong. And I write them down to review. I also write down Q type in my review bk to check where I’m weak at.

You can learn the type of standardized answers that are usually used in the SAT. Then look over your CORRECT and WRONG answers to justify why each choice is wrong and why each is right by referrring to the passage. [Here are the type of wrong answers](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/1390501-critical-reading-analysis-right-wrong-answer-choices.html)

Use the link and try to match the wrong answer to the certain type of answer it is.
EXAMPLE:
A) only half true
B) not stated in the passage
C)true in the passage but not coherent w/ line ref.
D) Not to specific/Neutral/not extreme= CORRECT ANS.
E) true in real life, but not in passage
