<p>I had the same issue that is why Notre Dame rescinded their Questbridge scholarship from me. But your counselor should mail out your transcript or whomever is in charge of college stuff at your school.</p>
<p>An official transcript would be sent directly from your high school to ND. It normally would be a hard copy with a seal and/or signature on it to verify it is an original and hasn’t been tampered with. It would not be emailed.</p>
