Title says it all..
I've been deferred, and they said to send follow ups to their fileroom. Which I did, and now they emailed me saying they don't open attachments. My transcript is 6 pages due to the fact that it's in both romanian and english. They said to paste it in the body f the email, but if I do that, you can't read anything on it

maybe try to mail it in? I’m not positive, but I assume that would be okay.

I guess that would be the last option, although they did say they prefer online submission. But they didn’t really think that through, did they

Why don’t you give them a call and ask?

My phone doesn’t support international calls, otherwise I would. I eventually edited the scans in photoshop so you could still see detail after shrinking and pasted them like that, hopefully they’ll be able to use them

Mailing it is fine. I called and asked earlier. If you’re still not sure, I don’t mind calling for you as long as you tell me exactly what to ask.

That’s very nice of you, thank you! But don’t worry, I sent them. In case they can’t use them like that, they’ll probably let me know, that would be fair, and then I’ll mail them.
Thanks again!

One thing Harvard does care about is common sense. Think of this as a test question. How WOULD you get something like that to the admissions office.

HINT: US Mail.

Hint: I’m pretty sure she doesn’t live in the US and international mailing is expensive.
