I plan to apply to Yale SCEA this upcoming October/November. However, I will also be taking an SAT II exam on November 7 (SCEA application is due November 1). I am confused regarding how to send late scores.
I sent the following email to Yale Admissions:
Hello
The Yale website states that the last possible test month for the SAT before applying to the Single Choice Early Action programme is November. I am planning to take an SAT Subject test this upcoming November. Even though the test date is past the SCEA deadline, will the score for that SAT be considered along with the rest of my application?
I received the following reply:
Thank you for your email! Yes this is acceptable. Make sure to request Collegeboard that your scores are sent directly to Yale.
How do I request Collegeboard to send my scores directly to Yale? I’m extremely confused on how to do so. When I clicked “send scores when available” regarding my upcoming exam, the website states “ALL selected scores will not be sent until AFTER your Nov 7 test scores are available.” Is it possible for me to send my available scores before the SCEA deadline of Nov. 1 and send my Nov. 7 scores when they are available? Or do I HAVE to send them all simultaneously?
