How do I stack up for U of M/Berkeley

I am currently a sophomore in high school, residing in Michigan, and I would like to know how I stack up compared to other students at these schools. My gpa freshman year was a 3.52, which obviously isn't good enough. I got a 3.83 this first semester of soph year, and now my cumulative is a 3.69 and rising. I am confident I can get it up to the (high 3.7 to mid 3.8) range. Hopefully more with weighted classes? I know colleges like gpa curves...yes? I plan on taking 4 out of the 5 APs offered at my school, as well as an online one (possibly two). Also planning on a CC class next year. Not extremely worried about the ACT, as all my practice tests have been above average. Here are my credentials now and my class plan for hs.

Sophomore year:
Chemistry (no honors available)
World history
Spanish 2
Algebra 2A (B grade, rest A's.)
Psychology 1&2
English 10 honors

Junior year:
AP Chem (if I'm iffy at alg, is this ok?)
US History (no AP available)
Spanish 3
Algebra 2B
Sociology (CC)
AP Psychology (online)
English 11 Honors

Senior year:
AP Biology
Govt/Econ (no AP avail)
Spanish 4
AP Stats (heard it was comp. to alg 2?)
----undecided---- (suggestions?)
AP English Literature

Is this respectable? Only AP I'm not taking at school is Calc. No way. Keep in mind I am pretty proficient in everything but math. Will this hinder AP chem and AP stats? Reg. chem is a breeze and I enjoy it. 98% for the semester.

EC's
-student council
-youth advisory council
-Big Brothers Big Sisters
-national honor society (now)
-will have 4 years of vars. tennis
-Marshall area community services
-work for rec dept every year as tennis instructor

Considering a mere 600 kids go to my school, I do more than all of my friends. Limited options are a stinger. So... will these grades be good (I can write great essays)? Are my ECs good? Should I do AP chem/stats? Class suggestions for senior year?

Also in Spanish club!
