Please people with experience. Would I be qualified for USMAPS?
When is the application avaliable??

USMAPS is usually offered to candidate who have outstanding leadership potential but are not academically qualified for West Point.
To make your application more competitive you need to raise your Math SAT score. Practice for the test and take it as many times as you can. Take the ACT in addition to the SAT - you may do better on that test.
While you list participation in many activities you do not seem to have many leadership positions. West Point looks for demonstrated leadership. Try to take on a leadership position if you can - team captain, student government etc.

"When is the application available?? "

You can open a candidate file online: [USMA Admissions: Apply to USMA](http://admissions.usma.edu/apply.cfm)

The “second step” kit will be sent out later in this summer.

Nominations are separate from the West Point application. [USMA Admissions: Apply to USMA: Prospectus: Steps to West Point: 2: Apply For Nomination](http://admissions.usma.edu/prospectus/step_02.cfm)

I really do not know that much about the ACT. Can I just take the math test for it? And if I do well on the ACT Math, can that replace the SAT Math?

No you cannot just take the Math portion, you will need to take the entire test including the writing test.
USMA will use the results from the test that has the highest scores - either the SAT or the ACT. They will not mix and match SAT English and ACT Math, but they will take the highest individiual scores from multiple SAT or ACT tests. Let me know if this does not make sense…
