How do I stand out?

I really want to stand out when I apply to college Stanford especially, but I don't do anything out of the ordinary.

PIANO - 9 years (but millions of other students have played longer, and have competed, I haven't. But I have done some festivals and I have received 2 consecutive Unanimous Superior ratings, going for my 3rd this year. I am also a piano accompanist for 2 choirs, if that means anything. I get paid, so it's a job)

ORCHESTRA
Violin - 5 years (finally a 1st violin this year.)

ARCHERY - (3 years, but I rarely go. I wish I could go more often, but it's only on Saturday mornings, and I'm always busy Sat. mornings. I have my own bow, but there are no ranges around for me to practice)

WORK at the library

I have about 80 volunteer hours: (looking for a new place to volunteer)
18.75 @ library HW help center
64 @ library, but after I was hired, I can't volunteer there anymore, but I can still do HW help.

I don't know what to do. I'm so average and boring. I can't think of a good club to start that people will join; I don't know anything that will catch the eye of a college admission person. please give advice. ANYTHING helps!

They like it if you are a leader in a club, not just in the club. That means more. I don’t know if they care so much if you start up a new club. I guess it depends on what it is. They like to see you do fewer things but for alot of years. So if you are in like 30 clubs but you didn’t do anything, they dont care.
And thats cool that you like archery.

If you have skills in archery (Perhaps a talent), go for that.
Whatever you call “Always busy on Sat. mornings” should be rescheduled or canceled. Keep practicing archery, compete and win. Make it a big part of your life.
Although none of the above will work if you don’t have a force of will (Passion) and commitment to what you are doing.

Standing out is the thing you probably worry about after making sure you have competitive stats + nice essays and reqs (unless you’re riding on some disillusioned hope that standing out at the last moment can compensate for uncompetitive stats, in which case I think it would be best to be gently corrected now rather than later).

So, are your stats good enough already? Why do you want to stand out to Stanford in particular (do you like the birds that nest at the campus??)
