How Do I stay Fresh?

fo real

like I just moved to a new state, and they require a ridiculous amount of PE credits to graduate. Consequently, I have to take PE every single day. Unfortunately, I have it 2nd period, so I really don't want to be sweaty for the rest of the day.

So atm all I have is deodorant obviously.
Are there any other products to use post work out that could give me some freshness? just so i wouldn't feel so grimy and just ugh.

i'm a dude.

Wrap yourself in plastic.

That sucks. Well I used to have a towel and shower caddy so immediately after PE I would take a shower in the locker room. I had PE 2nd period as well. After taking a shower and using deodorant you should be fine.

Showers work if you have time.

no time for showers :/

Just pretend to participate so you don’t get sweaty.

^ That’s what I always did. PE is kind of a joke. (Why should anyone who’s in a sport have to take PE?)

I coulda been taking APs or something.

With old spice (;

Haha jk

I also have mandatory P.E. Illinois resident here. The thing about P.E when you enter high school is that it requires little effort to pass (pass: A- to A), so there’s no need to worry about the amount of physical exertion needed. Couple that with a nice deodorant (may I suggest Old Spice? Their new line is lovely) and some sort of body spray if really needed, and you’ll be golden.

Use moisture wicking products like underarmour and things like that. Obviously not the stuff you’d wear for winter but they make things when it’s hot out as well.

[Men’s HeatGear® Shirts, Polos & Bottoms | Under Armour® US](http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en/mens/gearline/heatgear)

I get really sweaty at marching band practices. I take sink showers; they take about a minute all you do is wet a paper towel (maybe add some soap) and wash your face and arms (and other spots that are sweaty and hot) and then dry off really quick. Then I use some febreeze on my clothes even if I change. Sometimes I change my socks.

I’ve always had PE in the morning, and when they let us out late it is awful. If I had time, I just took extra long changing, to let some sweat evaporate.

What I did (I also despise feeling sweaty throughout the day) was to go into the bathroom during change-out time and give myself a wash with the paper towels. I’d wet a lot of them in the sink and wipe my face, neck, underarms, chest, anywhere where I felt dirty (If you have pubic area sweat, there are wipes that Always makes for that purpose, or just do the same thing as above, but more privately ofc). Then I’d dry off with dry paper towels. Voila, pretty clean.

Icesoap.

/thread.

Spray yourself head to toe with axe lol.

lol. I’m a girl… So replace it with men’s hygiene stuff (:

I use deodarant. And like bandgeek1, I pat water on my arms, face, and legs (if shorts). Then I spray body mist on places that may be stinky… Next, freshen up. The end, (:

fabreez, yo!
