I am wondering how to my submit my October SAT score.
I am applying to Princeton early action and I wish to submit my October 2016 SAT and June 2016 SAT Subject Scores. Right now, this is what the send scores page looks like. http://i.imgur.com/7d24EIB.png
I am unable to tick of the October 1st, 2016 score. Does this mean I have to wait until the 27th to pay to rush the SAT score? Does that mean I should wait until then to send my scores? Or does Princeton not care if I rush or not?
I’m in the same boat as you. Applying to Princeton early, took two subject tests during the Oct. sitting. My guidance counselor said that “rushing” is a waste of money and doesn’t actually get the scores there any faster. She also said that I would have to wait until the 27th to send them. Best of luck!
For any SAT test date, you have until the ninth day after the test to go into your test registration and add colleges to your list of colleges that will automatically receive scores upon release. From the tenth day after the test until scores are released online, it is impossible to order the scores sent for that test. You can then order them sent on or after the day they are released online.
As to Princeton, be aware that if you order the scores sent regular delivery when they are released in late Oct, you will be fine since Princeton, like many colleges with EA or ED, accept test scores that arrive after the application deadline. In fact, Princeton will even accept Nov test scores for EA.
