<p>You have to enter your access code (7-digit code) from the letter for it to update the checklist.</p>

<p>Don't throw out any mail from the colleges, even those postcards because I looked back at one after I put it in that college's folder and bingo, there was the number. Now, just call the admissions office and straighten it out. They are fairly helpful in admissions except at some f the HUGE schools where they are way to busy.</p>
