How do I transfer from ILR into the Arts and Sciences before the start of my freshmen

splintercell - you have no interest in ILR, you care only about name and prestige (unfortunately, you're not smart enough to understand your own situation)

why do so many people treat ILR as a cheap way to get into Cornell...that's what I feel from reading these posts. ILR has a great program and people who apply there should do so for right reasons. This is an outrage.

I agree with you delivery man. It would be ideal if Cornell could somehow screen out the uninterested kids first so they don't take up the spots for students who actually want to study ILR.

I thought that was the point of the mandatory/recommended ILR interview, but clearly it's not 100% effective at weeding such "leeches" out.

Splintercell50, I almost pity you. Almost.

"If, and this is IF, I do transfer, will I like lose a semester or will I still graduate on time?"

Sorry but I somewhat doubt that you will graduate at all.

I really want to get into ILR, stuff like this is not fair. :(

sometimes people just suck

just ignore the kid and reassure yourself that this person does not belong here....
