<p>So I'm a first year and I chose the regular 14 meal plan at the beginning of the year. For winter quarter, I was wondering if I could upgrade to 14P. Anyone know where I can do that? In addition, can I ever decide to downgrade my meal plan?</p>
<p>Go to the housing office next to Sproul and request an upgrade. Easy and can be done anytime. downgrades the same deal, but they have a strict deadline and you must finish it by week 9 or 10 of the previous qtr.</p>
