<p>try brainstorming to get your memories together. i don’t mean that you should spend forever trying to remember everything that ever happened to you, just get a list of a good 8 or 10 memories. once you have your list, elaborate a little on each; then try to connect them (and if you can’t, just make a chronological shift so the person reading sees the progression). each memory should be fairly significant or mark an important part of your life, which i guess are essentially equivalent. </p>
