Don’t get frustrated. Stay positive!
1 - You can get a job, perform very well, even get promoted without education and get your company pay for your further education.
2 - there are tones of free online courses from top universities that would count as legit credits. You just need to have time and study very well to get your best degree and get it for free.
3 - check local organizations, seek in your community a private donor (a company that would be interested to cut they tax money on sponsoring you)
4 - military option is also a great one, I think!
5 - check international programs and grants and fly other country to get your education
6 - become a volunteer in an international organization where they pay for travel and accommodation in return for your services and get valuable experience in the field you want to work further (and get amazing network of connections who will not care about your education when they saw you in action)
7 - be awesome and believe in yourself!
