<p>I applied to the AFCEA scholarship and got a call from the "host" of the scholarship yesterday. I was away and he told my mom that he would call back today. Do scholarships call you when you didnt make it? Do you think i made it?? How do scholarships normally inform people that they didnt make it?</p>
