How do students know an Irregularity Report was filed against them?

I've been reading through a plethora of threads about how "I'm so scared that an irregularity report was filed against me because of blah blah blah"

How would students know that the proctor filed and Irregularity Report anyways?
Does the proctor specifically pull students aside and inform them?

I thought the proctor fills out an IR after the test is over and students leave... like secretly.
As in, without the students knowledge nor consent.

Anyone have any ideas?

Uhm, you didn’t answer the question

but from other forums, how would the student know that he/she got one of those report,

Why are you so curious, SwedishM8? Don’t do anything shady and you’ll have nothing to worry about…

if you actually tried cheating, have fun getting your score canceled if there is a 100 point increase.

A 100 point increase? I hope you’re kidding me…

Ugh -.-
You guys are misinterpreting my intentions.

I have nothing to fear. I’m just curious about the proctor process …

but what indianguy said is freakin me out.
They flag you for 100 point increase?

I got like a 165 SOPH yr PSAT
But i’m pretty sure I got above 225 junior yr PSAT , i better not get hosed down

No, indianguy is incredibly wrong. I read somewhere recently (can’t remember where, though) that your test gets flagged automatically if you have an increase of more than 250 points in a section, not 100 points on the entire test.

Even so, this only means that your test gets flagged and examined, not invalidated.

Why is everyone freaking out that they’re gonna get examined…lolz
