How do these affect my chances?

How do the following affect my chances for getting into a good college?

USAMO
Leadership in school clubs/student council
Living in Missouri
Asian (how detrimental is this?)

Also, for the top schools, (MIT, Harvard, etc.), what would be considered good test scores on the SAT, and SATII?
How many SAT IIs do most people take?
Sorry if this seems like alot of questions, but where I come from, most about 60% of the people go to the local community colleges, so not many people around here can answer these questions. Any help will be appreciated!

Edit: Also, how many community service hours should I shoot for? And what kinds of community service should I do? Is there a difference between tutoring or volunteering at a hospital or at a food kitchen? I'm kinda weak in that department. However, I'm still a sophomore so I have time to catch up in this department if it's crucial to my college chances.

Everything except your being asian will help tremendously, expecially being a USAMO qualifier.

Usually anything over 2300 on the SAT I is good for the top schools, and anything over 750 on SAT IIs. Colleges usually require 3 SAT IIs, but some people opt to take more.

Would taking extra SAT IIs look good on my record? Is it worth the risk to take additional SAT IIs in subjects that I'm not as comfortable with?

I would edit this into my first post, but for some reason the edit button is gone...
Anywayz, on these forums, alot of people talk about their "hook". What constitutes a hook? Is USAMO good enough to be a hook or would i need something better like award winning research?
