Here are my ECs so far (I will be a junior this year, so I'm adding the stuff by the time I'm a senior):

President of Model UN (2 years)

BPA Executive Council (I'll be a president as a senior though); also a national finalist

4 years of tennis; 2 years of varsity by the start of senior year (possible captaincy as a senior)

2 years of golf

2 years of NHS

1 year of robotics

On the board of a temple youth group (which includes some volunteering)

8: 1-3 years of caddying at a country club (not sure how long I'll keep this up)

I find this sort of entertaining since I have like half the same EC’s that are on your list and we will be applying to college the same year (we even have the same position in MUN). It really depends of where you are applying, but anyway. From what I understand you don’t really have community service or leadership (I know from experience that youth group board positions tend to be a joke unless you have a regional or higher position), that will hurt you. I suggest trying to expand on one of your EC’s instead of just randomly finding more. For example (and it would probably work well for you) I played golf for a few years and then had the chance to start coaching, so now I coach (which has also added a ton of community service hours) and play.
