How do these grades shape up

I just wanted to know how good or bad these results are.
I got:
SAT 2 Chemistry:770
SAT 2 math(the tougher one):770
SAT 2 Physics :790
and I am hoping to get above 2250 in the normal SAT.
Can those results help me get into ivy leagues

If you’re applying to a top-tier school in the sciences the 770 may hurt you a bit (crazy, isn’t it?). But the bigger picture is the bigger picture. The SAT’s account for only a small, but important, slice of the acceptance pie.

The other combined factors (GPA, essay, ec’s, etc., etc.) will tell the tale… for all of us.

Good luck!

i disagree. your grades and projected grades are great.

I agree with 2100hopes, though, other pieces are more important.

your scores are excellent

oooh! i agree! i think you definitely have a shot! good job :)

I was referring to MIT. From what I have read and been told, they expect 800 on the math SAT2 because the curve is so generous. And they want to see a near perfect score 780-800 on the math section of the SAT I.

Perhaps at some non-tech schools it’s not as extreme.
