How do they know?

<p>How do they know that a person is from a certain ethnicity? Like is there anyway to prove it? Say you say that you are African American, is there any way that they can say, "no, you are not." ?</p>

<p>Ummm… they can rescind you if they find out you materially misrepresented yourself in your app. If you’ve accepted Federal monies, you may also be committing a crime.</p>
