do u get them for free with paid tuition? do you get to choose seats/ need to wait in lines for tickets? how does it work.

yes, can someone explain that process for fb, bb, and hockey please? and when will they be available?

football: $23/game this season. might go up a dollar or two next year. Done over [MGoBlue[/url] . You are guaranteed student tickets for football. You will fill out an application in June I think for freshman tickets.

basketball: sold in full season, or also have package deals, through mgoblue.com . Basketball tickets are pretty easy to come by. Usually early in the season there are a few free games. You can always walk up to the gate too, you will not have a problem doing that. Buy these right around the time season starts. www.mgoblue.com](http://www.mgoblue.com)

hockey: sold in full season, friday packs, and saturday packs. Don't know prices, but I'm pretty sure that if you want them you can get them. I think they usually sell out, so walking up to the ticket window the day of the game probably won't work. Buy these right around when the season starts. www.mgoblue.com

Student season hockey tickets are $11.75 a game plus $10 service charge, and I think an optional $10 if you want the t-shirt. There are no single-game student tickets, so you'd have to pay the regular price of ~$20.

ok. so football is fall, hockey is winter, and basketball is winter/spring, right? will mgoblue post when tickets are available? bc my brother goes to cal, and he had to stay up all night last year just to make sure he got fb tickets, they were in such high demand. i just don't want to miss it lol.

thanks for the info too, it was very helpful.

You'll receive an e-mail when tickets are available for each sport. Returning students order football tickets at the end of the school year, while freshmen order them over the summer. Everybody orders tickets for hockey and basketball during the school year. Any student who wants season tickets for a sport and orders them before the designated deadline will get them. Seating priority is based on number of consecutive years getting tickets, and what your class standing is based on # of credits taken at Michigan. Seating groups are ranked according to the worst person in the group.

oh, ok, so it's NOT first-come first-serve for any of the sports then, as long as you order them before the deadline? and then where you sit is based on seniority/credits? and the seating group is jst the people you want to get tickets with, right? you can just answer yes or no lol. thanks so much again, you are really helpful.

Yes - as long as you get your stuff in by the deadline you'll be placed according to your credit hours. If you miss the deadline, you get the leftovers (not a good thing). Seating groups get tickets next to each other, and I believe are based on the lowest number of credits a person has in the group.

sweet, thanks for all the info!

i have a question about football as well.
i got scattered season tickets because i didn't buy it during the regular sale for student section seating. so basically, i'm kind of iffy about sitting alone in some random stadium place. any idea if security will probably let me into the student section, or am i pretty much on my own? aghhhhhhh i seriously don't want to watch football games by myself!!!
