How do tuition and meal plans work?

<p>For instance lets say tuition at one college is 9000 dollars + room and board. Is that tuition you pay per semester or for the whole year?</p>

<p>And with meal plans what does it mean if for example you have 250 blocks? I know the other part of it is money thats on it so you can buy food and snacks at vendors across campus but I dont know how the first part works.</p>

<p>Usually, when talking about tuition, it’s meant the amount per year.</p>

<p>I’m guessing 250 “blocks” means 250 meals, which is what I also have per year.</p>
