How do we check Cornell response?

I wanted to know exacly how to check the response on the 31st since its not going to be through the app. status check.

They are suppose to be sending an e-mail any day now.

yeah. has anyone gotten an email with directions? i haven't

I have not gotten the e-mail

me neither....

Nor my D....

Still nothing. :(

My S just got an email with instructions.

I got an email at about 12:30, I live in VA and I have gmail

I've got nothing either

Does that mean that if we didn't get an email, we're most likely rejected?

But I use Gmail as well. :(

This is getting depressing.

I guess I win the pool then. I had "less than 20 minutes" as the time between the sending of the first email and the first person to equate these emails with either acceptance or rejection.

:D

(10 char)

This is serious you guys, no joking matter! We're rejected!!! cries

On top of my USC status not having budged since Janurary. :O

Just got the e-mail. Screw Cornell for scaring the crap out of me AGAIN. During ED decisions, the top window when the decision was loading said "Sorry :(," only for me to find out that they were sorry that the website was down. Now, this e-mail's subject is "Your Cornell Decision." My heart stopped for a second, thinking that it was my actual decision in my e-mail box. Here's what the e-mail says, in case you haven't gotten it yet:

Dear Daniel:

I haven't gotten such an e-mail either, but I applied to the Hotel school and have already received my "you'll receive your acceptance soon" letter.

yeah, whether you get the email or not means nothing. everyone has to check their decision, whether they're accepted, denied, or waitlisted.

Oh I know... I was just saying not getting the e-mail does not mean you're rejected.
