also, when do we receive our results? do results come in at once, or do we get decisions on a rolling basis?</p>
<p>they should give us a password and account within a week. if you applied ea, decision will come by years end</p>
<p>By December 23rd, I believe. And I think that it’s slightly rolling. Nobody knows for sure when they’re going to start releasing decisions because of the switch to Common App and EA instead of rolling. Previous years, decisions started coming out end of October, but that doesn’t seem to be the case this year.</p>
<p>BY December 23rd, meaning they may send them out earlier right? i hope that they are still “rolling” and will just send out the decisions as they decide. do they email you the decision?</p>

<p>About 2 weeks after I applied, I received an email with instructions for setting up a U-M account.</p>

<p>i have a question. i set up my account and dont see anything regarding what they have received. i click the application status and doesnt show anything…</p>
<p>After you click Application Status, it should take you to a page w/ 2 other links in a boxed-in area…one of them is View Credentials. That will show the items that they received.</p>

<p>so will those links to credentials show up later?? also i applied EA and the application date says 11/02/2010 even though i submitted it on 10/29/10 but they didn’t download it until the 2nd am i fine with the EA deadline?</p>

<p>“Those links that you guys are missing with show up anytime within a few days to a week. All that means is, is that they know you applied but are backlogged and haven’t been able to download any of your additional info. Give the servers some time to recover from the Nov. 1 overflow of apps it received and then they’ll work on setting up everyone’s links,” said a umich essay reader I spoke to yesterday. I slightly paraphrased that for this purpose, but that’s the overview of what she told me.</p>
<p>I hope they send out emails as soon as they make their decisions! I’d like to know as soon as possible if I’ve been admitted or not.</p>
