<p>So I'm majoring in English and want to have a concentration in creative writing, and I know you have to apply for the workshops. Professors post their submission guidelines several weeks before the quarter begins, but I'd like to get a head start on the application process now. Has anyone applied for a creative writing (fiction) class before? What do you have to submit? Does it have to be a completed short story, or can it be anything, like part of a bigger project?</p>
