How do you calculate your UF GPA?

<p>I was just curious how they calculated the UF GPA. My school is on an unweighted scale, so I'm really not quite sure about what my unweighted GPA is.</p>

<p>UF adds .5 for Honors/Advanced courses and 1 point for AP/IB courses.</p>

<p>So you just add those extra points to your 4.0-scaled grades, and that will convert you to UF's 5.0 scale.</p>

<p>Be sure to use only use academic classes: Math, Science, Language Arts, Foreign Language, Social Studies and all AP classes.</p>
