I tried contacting them today, and i got a voice recorder saying that they are open from 1-4:30; i called at 12 first, and no one answered. I called again at 1:29 and no answer. Then again at 2 and no answer!

So how do you contact them to let them know that you dropped a class? wth? are they even open or what?

i was actually looking for a serious answer …

the last time i called
i called non stop for an hour
when i mean non stop, i mean non stop lol

Brute force; they tend to take extended lunch hours as I have found out. I would call as earlier as you can. Try to find extension numbers too, they tend to pick up more than the operators.

I agree with Guardiangel. Continuous calling will be more effective than smoke signals.

Don, maybe they’re not answering calls today. Could be a possibility.

You can try filling this out if you have no luck contacting them via phone

They usually take one day (two at most) to respond
