How do you decide what to self study?

I'm going to be a senior next year, and I've decided that I want to self study for an AP exam. My school offers 3 APs, one of which I'm taking this year online (Calc. AB) and next year I will be taking AP Government and Calc. BC (online). I think I want to self study psychology and/or AP bio. I've heard Psych. is really easy while Bio is very challenging. Bottom line is I want to know which options seem reasonable for a first time self study? I've already taken a regular bio class which I breezed through and I'm more than likely majoring in bio in college (im not trying to set anything in stone, but it's my favorite subject) so I think it has the most use for me, but I would happily study anything if it gets some credits taken care of. So any suggestions? I'm open to just about anything. Thanks, guys :)

It’s not particularly relevant to your potential major, but if you’re just looking to satisfy credits and improve your app, then microeconomics and macroeconomics are some of the easiest APs to self study for. There’s tons of study material on KhanAcademy and the review books are really light.

Other than that, psycho is pretty simple, yes. I’m sure AP bio is challenging, but try comparing the level of the AP paper and your high school course, and then take a call

Is Barrons good for Psychology and Biology?
