<p>I recently got accepted into school of cinematic arts. However, I've been receiving a small scholarship from the fine art school which I received again this year. I dont know if i'll actually get it because I changed my major to animation.</p>
<p>I thought about declaring double major in Fine Arts instead this year and then dropping it next year to a minor. How do you go about doing that? I just emailed the advisor so he should tell me what to do I suppose.</p>
<p>Your advisor might be able to do it in the computer easily. If not for some reason, there's a "change of degree objective" form that can get filled out and signed by the right department and dropped off at degree progress, where they'll punch it in the computer.</p>
<p>How do you declare a double major especially when the second major is in film? Do you have to fill out an application? Can you take a class that is reserved for a film major even if you have not applied and get accepted to the major? I'm not referring to production but other film classes. How do you know you want to major in something unless you get a taste of what it is like?</p>
