hey, im a senior this year and already finished all my apps but my brother is a junior and would really like to go to brandeis and wants any help he can get? do you know how u go about getting ont he list of people who are sent blue ribbon applications?
thanks

I think the main thing is get a good SAT score, and mark down that you want to receive info from colleges. It may have something to do with your race and economical background, but I am not sure about that.

Request information from the website. Usually you can request specific info about depts, activities, etc..... See if they have a video and if you have a chance visit the admissions office for a tour and info session. Once you are on the mailing list, you should obtain all info about the admissions process.

I visited several years ago and received the Bue Ribbon app this past fall. I decided not to apply however.

thanks for the quick answers!

You can call them and ask them to send the application. In our case, they did so, once they knew son had visited campus, interviewed, and had a certain set of SAT scores.

thanks! i appreciate it

this is only the second year brandeis has used the blue ribbon - so don't assume there is a process set in stone for it -- or even that it will necessarily be used again next year. they obviously like there results with it last year to use it again this year, but they have a new director of admissions this year, so who knows what will be next year.
