<p>I was just wondering if any parent knows how to find the actual job placement stats from students who graduated at a certain college. I'm just trying to compare everything for the college options that we have and can't find this info available.</p>
<p>Most colleges have a career placement office and some of them will post information there, but I’d say it’s rare that there’s much specifics. At Carnegie Mellon for example there are examples for some departments, but not for others.</p>
<p>The career planning and placement office is the place to go for the info. They will sometimes publish data on what graduates are doing 1 or 2 years later: work, travel, graduate school, professional school, etc. Usually not all that specific, and probably not exactly comparable from school to school.</p>
