How do you fit in time to study for the SATs with homework/extracurriculars, etc.?

I studied a lot over the summer for the Oct 6 SAT- probably over 200 hours, including intense prep courses. Now that my junior year has started, I am bombarded with immense amounts of work. I only manage to squeeze in one practice test every weekend and I try to time myself on one section during my lunch time in the library or during study hall.

How can I manage my time better while getting all schoolwork out of the way as well?
I take all honors/AP courses, so my schedule is pretty rigorous.

One practice test a weekend’s fine. You may even just do one of each section per weekend, since the nine sections are essentially the same (except for length, amount of time).

Since time management’s more of a personal issue and it involves other things going on in your life, I can’t tell you too much. For me, I usually found ways to do homework during school (during study hours, during class when there’s nothing else to do). This essentially clears up time at home for other activities.
