That's right, fat. And for a girl, although perhaps guys may have tips. Cuz I'm tired of being anorexic-looking skinny.

I already sit on my butt all day and don't exercise at all (don't even have P.E.) And I eat a normal amount with a lot of snacks etc. I occasionally try binging myself, but it's not fun to do.

What else can I do?

EDIT: To give perspective, my BMI is 15, according to kidshealth.com. ._. It saddens me.

^ LOL. I've actually tried snacking on butter before XD

I think you mean you want to gain weight? Just wanting to gain fat is plain stupid. You want to get heavier, not increase your risk of a heart attack.

Well, I guess I want a combination. I gain weight when my sport starts, but it just turns what little fat I have into muscle. Making me look skinnier. So yes, I do want to gain some fat.

i probably need to gain some weight too. im only 90 pounds...

You're a bit skinnier than me. But then again, that depends on how tall you are...

lol im thin but if i stand next to my friends i need a little meat. You have the same problem as me.. you have a high metabolism and no matter how much you eat you're not going to gain one pound. One of my friends is a pig but he's a football player and after lunch i give him what's left of my lunch and he eats it too but he doesn't gain weight. and ewwww you ate butter!! that's nasty. i HATE the smell of butter, it makes me want to puke.

@Ivybound11: eh. i tried it once, but you're right it's disgusting by itself. i also tried eating a jar of peanut butter, but it's too hard after awhile ;-;

@dukebound11: that reminds me of mean girls.

Eating fat and butter won't work too well. Best way to do it is to take simple sugars a lot to spike your insulin...lots of soda (HFCS), jams, cookies. Reduce fat intake to <50 g/day...Reduce protein and fiber intake. Skip breakfast. Simply, do what 70% of Americans are doing right. Then 10 years down the road when your bad diet habits go in a vicious spiral and you end up being obese and can't walk without being winded, you work hard to get it off...

or, you could train hard and eat smart and gain lean muscle. If you think that'd make you look masculine or whatever, look up Jelena Abbou.

p.s. you can't turn fat into muscle any more than you can turn lead into gold. want even more fun facts? you can't 'burn' or create fat cells :) only shrink/expand the ones you have already...if you want better customized tips PM me I can help.

^ uh, i don't want to be /that/ unhealthy. i just want to get some meat on my bones -_-; and no, i'm not worried it'll make me look masculine. the thing is you need fat in order to have muscle. and right now, if i gain muscle, i'll look skinnier even though i'll weigh more.
