<p>As I'm browsing through CC, I see so many people who post on chance threads saying that they did research for __ hours. This may be a dumb question, but how do they get into it? Are there special programs for it or do you do it independently, and where? At a state college or a local lab or something? What is the general level of science you need to have taken before you do this kind of stuff? Thanks!</p>
