How do you go about appealing a decision?

Got denied from my ED school, would like to know how if/how i can appeal?

i know someone who was planning on writing some letters this weekend - i'm not too sure how that ended up. as far as i know most schools don't allow this, but i suppose it's worth a shot. as a rule, keep the letters formal and polite, perhaps pointing out specific aspects of your application they may have overlooked or misunderstood. i'll let you know if i find out what happened with this other person.

you just gonna accept reality and suck it up. there are plenty of other schools out there and you'll be just as successful elsewhere. its time to move on! no need to appeal

unless you left something out of your application your appeal won't go through.

yeah, i don't think anyone has ever gotten into a school by appealing, well it's very rare

I'd say focus on the future instead of the past. There's plenty of other great schools out there, many of which are probably similar to your ED school.

I've never heard of anyone doing so but that doesn't mean it's never been done. But what would be your grounds for appeal? I would think it would have to be something significant for an appeal to even be considered. It's probably better to move on and concentrate on your other schools.
