Sometimes I just feel like breaking down but I know that I cannot give up now. How can you relieve the stress on your mind? What do you guys do?

i play nethack.
ascending is cause for wearing a toothy grin for at least two hours.
and nethack is complex enough to distract me from stuff that may or may not be bugging me :p

the other thing i do sometimes is sit on the roof and think rationally about how to solve problems. if you disengage your emotions from the situation at hand, your problems become much more manageable...

I listen to some really good music and sing my heart out. :) But I'm a singer before anything else.

I watch Comedy Central or talk to friends--depends on which is the most convenient at the time.

I find it really relaxing to just get in the car and drive at night with no cars on the road.

I usually watch television, something silly, like a sitcom. Or read. Or drink tea.

I watch either, Maury, Jerry Springer, Comedy Central, or other funny and entertaining stuff. I also play the guitar.

Group Theory.

-Watch TV or a movie (preferably a comedy).
-Listen to up-beat music or music that has that inspiring wall of sound.
-Read a book.
-Talk to friends; it's nice to have a little bit of support and vent every now and then.
-Eat something that tastes good to get you back up like chocolate, apples, or grapes.
-Take a nap.
-Write in a notebook, whether for creative expression or just to vent.
-Go outside, breathe a little fresh air, look at the stars, the moon, etc.

Also, your extracurriculars would be a good stress reliever.

*play tennis
*listen to music and/or sing
*watch comedy on youtube
*watch "scrubs"

me too. i love that. but i have to restrain myself, to save gas.

i like watching silent movies, and drinking hot chocolate.

and listening to the song bobby mcgee by janis joplin. haha, that song just relaxes me for some reason. so does rock around the clock by bill haley. or only the good die young by billy joel.

i ride on my exercise bike also.

i also love to sleep. a lot.

hehe,

I wake up, go on my computer for a few hours and then go back to sleep. I do not live to stressful of a life.

But when I am stressed I listen to Time - By Pink Floyd. Magical song =/

getting laid

-cry, well it usually doesn't help, but every once in a while it works.
-ride horses (gets me focusing on something else that I know I can succeed at)
-anything that burns calories and is fast paced: riding, biking, etc
-*ing with friends and whoever else will listen does help
-online venting! go on your myspace/livejournal/blog/cc whatever and just write down everything that's on your mind (even if you do sound like a complete *, although be careful with making it public if the info is too sensitive). I know it sounds completely horrible but writing things down and being able to see my thoughts really relaxes me and makes me feel more in control of the situation, which provides less stress. Plus, if other people read it they'll give you feedback on how to lessen your stress and help the situation, which is always wonderful.

Play me sitar.

blow people's faces off in CS =D

or listen to music, sleep, do nothing, and stuff like that

do blogging. Writing down whatever is in your head will make you feel better. Just make sure you don't spend too much time on it.

watch a movie or eat ice cream
