<p>Do theater. Or take my energetic pit bull to an open field and try to keep up with her. Thing has more energy then the energizer bunny.</p>

<p>whenever i get stressed i forget things= not good,
oh and the song "what if" by plain white t's, completely describes</p>
<p>I tend to go on CC when i get stressed. :)</p>

I remember once before finals, I took a shower and broke down in tears.
Felt 10X better afterwards.</p>
<p>Other then that one time, I play hockey to relieve stress. Watching baseball is good at that as well (except when your team is loosing), and I also play UT2004 once in a while.
Or I just go on the internet and read random stories about stuff.</p>
<p>I punch people. Seriously.</p>
<p>set aside a while so I can go into my room, lie on the floor, and "read". If I'm stressed, my attention span is so short that within a few pages I'm staring blankly out the window, at the ceiling, or whatever. Eventually, I'm relaxed.</p>

<p>So do I. Just like now. Scrubs is always nice as well.</p>
<p>i set aside a couple of songs on my ipod for when i get stressed. i listen to them until i calm down and able to think about how i should handle the situation</p>
<p>i sleep. but the pain returns when i wake up :(</p>
