<p>I really want to go to a UC. But since I just moved here last year (I came from the Philippines) I wasn’t able to do AP classes, honors, volunteering, and join school clubs because we didn’t really have those back in my country. I only have my senior year left to “build up” my application. What should I do and what scores should I get to be admitted to UCSB, UCSC, UCLA or UCB?</p>
<p>UC schools care (by far) the most about test scores and grades, but extracurricular activities and essays are still taken into account. Search your 4 colleges on Collegeboard’s website and you should be able to find the mid 50% range for SAT/ACT scores at those schools.</p>
