<p>No, Flos are established in the fall through an application and interview process. Nothing to do early except get a resume organized.</p>
<p>But I would HIGHLY recommend joining one! sometimes the app process might seem like a lot of work but its well worth it if you make it into one! they are super selective, when I applied, 1500 freshmen applied, 800 were given interviews, and less than half were selected! I was in MSC ALOT that is a great FLO but any one will be a great part of your freshman year!</p>
