How do you know if UCLA received your IGETC cert?

I requested my IGETC certification from my CCC in late June and the day after I requested it they notified me that they have sent it to UCLA. With that said, it has been almost 2 months and it seems like UCLA has not received my certification yet (unless maybe i'm looking at the wrong place?) On my DPR it still says:

You will be exempt from all UCLA general
education requirements upon receipt of your
IGETC certification. This is contingent upon
successfully completing any transfer work in
progress that is being applied toward those
requirements. You must request your community
college to send your IGETC certification to
Undergraduate Admissions.

Is this an indicator that UCLA hasn't received my IGETC certification yet or is there another place to check? And if they did receive it what would it say? Thanks in advance!

I had the same exact question haha. My cc said that they sent my certification in late june to ucla but i never saw any indication of that on my DPR, so i called UCLA today. They said my IGETC has been received, so i’m sure yours has been received as well. Just call undergraduate admissions tomorrow (they are open from 1-4) to be 100% sure. The number is 310-825-3101

You could also call your cc to make sure they sent it. I requested mine in the middle of may to be sent when everything is ready, but I just found out they haven’t even sent it yet. Called them a couple days and they said they would send it today.

It’s true, I think it does take a while for UCLA to update your DPR. However, once they do, it will indicate on your DPR for sure. It came up on mine that it has now been received and that I don’t have to worry about UCLA GE classes, rather than “pending reciept of your IGETC certification.”
