How do you know what....

How do you know what extra curriculars are the most valuable on the common application. As there is only 7 columns, can anyone tell me what ec's i should include, and which ones i should omit? Thanks
Heres my list:

Varsity Golf- gr 9(MVP), 10(MVP),11, 12- ranked top 20 in the country

Hockey AAA- gr 9, 10, 11, 12- most sportsmanlike every year, over 1000 hours

Community outreach tutoring program- helping foreign elementary school students

Green council- raise money/awareness for making the earth a cleaner place

Society of Justice- raise money for AIDS, Cancer research, poverty, ect

YMCA leadership program- 200 hours, mentoring freshman

School Newspaper, gr 11, 12

Local Refuge, feeding the poor

Recieved Duke of Edingburgh Bronze award for achievement in outdoor education, physical activity, and community service

Badminton club, gr 9, 10, 11, 12

Do exactly what it says on the app: list the ones that are the most important to you. If you need to choose between some that are equally important, favor the ones that you've been doing the longest and/or where you have the most accomplishments, hours, awards, etc.

If you really want to get all of your ECs on the application, you can put some in the Additional Information section. Or group some of them - for example, you could list tutoring, YMCA leadership, and Local Refuge under "Service" and put the details in the positions/honors box.
