How do you overcome premed anxiety?

Everyone knows those premeds who practically live in the library, study a month beforehand for tests even for easy classes, and try to haggle every point back on an exam. What do you do to avoid becoming a premed zombie?

Here's some of my suggestions:
1. Room with laid back people- make sure your dorm is a place where you can rest and have fun.
2. Have a cutoff time where you must leave the library- mine is 8:30
3. Pick up a hobby or two- it's crucial to be able to look forward to something after an exam
4. Join a club or two- same reason as number 3
5. Eat well, sleep well- the last thing you need is some extra stress
6. Learn for the knowledge, not for the grade
7. Watch some good movies, listen to some good music
8. (lan) PARTY HARD

lol @ number 8. But yeah, those are all pretty good advice (minus #2... I don't really follow a set time or library schedule; I just go when needed and stay as long as needed).

If I may add to the list:
9. Realize that there is more to life than grades and scores!

College football. College football. College football.

Oh, and college basketball.

Going along with 7...Find a stress reliever! Going to the gym has helped me lately and I feel a lot better physically as well.
